Remote Start Features:

The Crimestopper 2 Way upgrade converts your existing Add-On or 1-Way system into a 2-Way FM / FM paging remote engine starting system that uses (1) 2-Way Rechargeable LCD transmitter and (1) 1-way "sidekick" transmitter to operate. The 2-way pager uses simple LCD graphics, audible tones and an enhanced white and red backlit screen for confirmation of all commands and events of the system.

  • 2-way remote upgrade kit for Crimestopper remote starts. Works with all RS, LC and DS series models. Also works with SP-402 alarm/remote start combo. Extends your operating range to as much as 3000 feet. Direct plug-in to existing Crimestopper remote start systems. Programmable audible and vibration alerts. Product may not work in vehicles manufactured for sale outside of U.S. & Canada.
  • THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE REMOTE START OR ALARM SYSTEM. It is a remote upgrade kit for EXISTING Crimestopper remote start systems.
  • The 2-way remote system send commands to the remote start just like conventional remotes - but after the remote start receives the command, it sends information back to the remote to confirm. Example: when you remote start the car, an icon on the LCD remote will turn on and a timer display will show how long the car has been running.
  • We will attempt to ship your item within 1 business day after payment has been received.
  • For all items with free shipping, we may use any of the following carriers at our option: FedEx, FedEx Smartpost, USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail. For international shipments, we use USPS or FedEx International. We do NOT use FedEx Ground for shipments to Canada.
  • Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Items shipped outside the Continental US may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please email for a shipping quote prior to purchase.
  • Items shipped internationally are shipped USPS International Priority Mail or FedEx International Economy AT OUR DISCRETION. FedEx International Economy does not charge brokerage fees, international buyers will pay the same duties/taxes as USPS shipments. We do not use FedEx Ground for international shipments.
  • If an international item does not meet size restrictions, it will be shipped Air Parcel Post.
  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you once we've processed the shipment. Sometimes these notifications are identified as Spam by email programs. If you have not received your tracking number within one business day of your purchase, please check your Spam or Junk E-mail folder.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns Beyond 30 Days

If a return request is made after 30 days from the delivery date, the refund will be subject to a (amount)% restocking fee. Additionally, returns received 60 days or more past the Return Authorization date will incur an additional 10% restocking fee.

Returns Within 30 Days

  • Buyers must request a return, defective product exchange, or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns.
  • Returns received 60 days or more past the Return Authorization date will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product.

Defective Product Exchanges

  • If a product is found defective within 30 days of delivery, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to U.S. buyers.
  • For international orders, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Warranty Service & Exchanges (After 30 Days)

  • For warranty service or exchanges beyond 30 days from delivery, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both domestic and international).

Non-Refundable Fees & Product Restrictions

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Automotive electronics (e.g., alarms, remote starters, keyless entry systems, compressors) that have been installed or attempted to be installed must first contact our Tech Support for troubleshooting. Defective units will be exchanged.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

Remote Starters 

Only CrimeStopper remote starters come with a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. All other remote starters and alarms are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

  • First Year: Customers can contact us directly for warranty claims. The product must be returned at the customer's expense for warranty service.
  • After One Year (CrimeStopper Only): Warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer, who will require a receipt from the original purchase.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Warranty will be void if the product is physically damaged or improperly installed.
  • Product-Specific Warranty Details: Included in the product packaging.

Linear Actuators

  • Covered by a "No DOA" (Dead on Arrival) warranty.
  • Each actuator undergoes quality control testing before shipping.
  • If a defective actuator is received, the customer must contact us within 30 days of receipt for assistance.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Damage due to improper installation, overloading, or exceeding the duty cycle is not covered.

All Other Items

  • Covered by a 1-year limited warranty through either MyPushcart or the product’s manufacturer.
  • Warranty applies to properly installed products under normal use and protects against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the original purchase date.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, improper operation, or damage due to environmental exposure.
  • If a defect is deemed under warranty, MyPushcart may choose to repair or replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser.
  • MyPushcart is not responsible for installation charges, labor costs, or any incidental loss or damage related to warranty service.
