Warranty Policy
MPC / MyPushcart Limited Warranty
We stand behind the products we sell. All products purchased from MyPushcart are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms below.
Warranty Coverage
- All Products: 1-Year Limited Warranty
- Remote Start Kits Purchased with Remotes/RF Kits: 2-Year Limited Warranty
- Remote Start Kits Purchased with Smartphone Control: 3-Year Limited Warranty
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser.
What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product is properly installed and used as intended.
If a product is determined to have a covered warranty defect, MyPushcart will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Improper installation or wiring
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Accidents or physical damage
- Electrical damage or vehicle-related electrical issues
- Environmental exposure
- Use outside the product's intended application or specifications
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please contact us with your order number or proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Products may be required to be returned for inspection before warranty coverage is approved. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to MyPushcart for warranty evaluation.
MyPushcart is not responsible for installation or removal charges, diagnostic fees, labor costs, vehicle downtime, loss of use, or other incidental or consequential expenses related to warranty service.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
